Individual claim level insights such as recommendations, red flags/alerts and litigation prediction flags are presented starting at the first notice of loss through the life cycle of the claim. These claim insights are very helpful to the operational staff who are adjudicating the claim or to the claims manager to understand the severity of the claim for assignment. These insights can be obtained through the Rest API which can be integrated real-time or in batch mode with any claims management system
